Late Shri Subrahmanya Sastry father of Sri P. V. S, was an eminent performer and great musicologist, author of many great musical books in his times. The, then President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnanji invited Sri Subrahmanya Sastry garu to “Rashtrapati Bhavan” and honoured him. Mother Late Suryakantamma too had a melodious voice, with a “sound” musical wisdom. Guru P.V.S, a versatile personality/ teacher/ performer/ academician/ composer/author/ nationalist/ organizer.
